How I Make Faceless Food History Videos That Get Millions of Views

Crumb Lore is a two-month-old faceless channel with 41 videos and 25K+ subscribers. It made over $4,000 and passed 1 million views in a single month, posting nothing but food history. Its potato video passed 450K views and its sugar video 360K. Here’s the exact workflow to replicate it. My example: the history of perfume, the scent that started a war.

Step 1: A viral idea

Copy the first prompt from the free doc and paste it into DeepSeek (ChatGPT or Claude work too). You get 10 ideas built on Crumb Lore’s template. Take your time and pick the one that interests you most.

Step 2: The script

Paste your chosen title back in and you get a complete, ready-to-use script in seconds.

Step 3: A prompt for every line

Copy the Prompt generator from the doc into the same chat and give it your script. It goes sentence by sentence, writing a detailed video prompt that matches each line, plus the scene duration.

Step 4: Generate the scenes

On Higgsfield (50% off) (desktop works best), go to Video → Seedance 2.5. For each scene:

• Paste the prompt.
• Set the duration from the prompt list. Don’t guess. Seedance can do up to 30 s.
• 16:9, 720p is plenty for this style.

Copy, paste, set duration, generate, and repeat until the script is covered. You get faster once you find the rhythm.

Step 5: Voiceover

Paste the script into a text-to-speech tool like ElevenLabs, pick a documentary-style voice and download it.

Step 6: Edit

In CapCut or any editor:

1. Voiceover first. Remove awkward pauses so it feels tight from the first second.
2. Place each scene exactly where the narrator mentions it. If they name an object or action, that’s what’s on screen.
3. Add readable captions.
4. Add cinematic, copyright-free music under the voice, and lower the clips’ own audio.
