I Stole This AI Guitar Trend (and It BLEW UP) 🔥

A super-high-quality AI clip of a grasshopper playing guitar in a wheat field hit 8.6M views, 11K+ comments and nearly 1M shares on TikTok, and the same account had a fish (2.4M) and a snail (2M). When I made this video, nobody on YouTube was doing it. Here’s the full blueprint: prompts, images, animation, sound and edit.

Step 1: Image prompts

My ready-made prompt (in the doc) only needs the animal swapped. I used a cat playing guitar. Paste it into ChatGPT for detailed prompts per scene.

Step 2: Generate images

Leonardo AI (150 free tokens a day) or Dreamina. In Leonardo choose Leonardo Phoenix, the Flow State mode, and 9:16, then paste each prompt. Not feeling a result? Tweak the prompt for new cats, guitars and backgrounds.

Step 3: Upscale for free

Use the free image upscaler (link above): upload, set 4K, upscale and export. The images look noticeably sharper.

Step 4: Animate with Hailuo

Kling, Pika or Runway work too, but Hailuo AI gave me exactly what I wanted. Use Image to video, upload the upscaled image, and describe the movement. For best results, ask ChatGPT:

Please describe the cat's playing style and posture in all scenarios, focusing on subtle and controlled movements.

Paste the matching description (e.g. cat on the beach in a hammock) and create.

Step 5: The guitar sounds

Pixabay’s guitar sounds didn’t hit the mark, so I used DupDub → Sound effects. Ask ChatGPT for a unique guitar sound prompt matching each scenario’s mood and setting, paste it, set about 10 seconds and max stability, and generate.

Step 6: Edit

In CapCut: add the clips, a simple smooth transition, ambience where it fits (e.g. waves for the beach), and the matching guitar SFX under each clip. Export in 4K.
