Clone Any Stick Figure Channel With Claude Code + Fable 5 (No Coding Needed)
Explain in Paint was under two months old: 38 videos, 42K+ subscribers, 2M+ views in 30 days, and at around a $7 RPM likely $12K a month, with more than half its audience in the US, where ad rates are highest. Its topics are prehistoric human life (surviving predators, keeping babies alive, falling in love) told with simple stick figures. Here’s the full pipeline on autopilot.
Setup (copy-paste only)
- Claude Code: download for Mac or Windows, install and sign in.

- Select Fable 5 and create a project folder (
Fable Demo).
The channel cloner skill
Paste the 22-page skill and give it the channel URL (more precise than the name). In under a minute you get an HTML breakdown: title patterns, thumbnail analysis, hook structures, script format, pacing and story arc. That’s one to two days of manual work.
Ask for five viral ideas. They reuse the formula, not the content. I picked Why can’t you remember being a baby?
Script: fix the flat opening
This channel averages 21 minutes, and longer means more watch time, more ads, more money. Don’t run with the first script, because viewers decide in 10 seconds. Ask:
Rewrite this script to be conversational, easy to understand, and highly relatable. Add a touch of humor and some witty or funny moments.
Simple language plus a few laughs gives you retention. Approve it and Claude generates the voiceover.
Visuals: cadence and style fixes
Style: MS-Paint stick figures, 16:9, 2K. Cadence math for one minute: 2.5 s = 26 images, 4 s = 17, 5 s = 13. Fewer images is cheaper, but for retention stay at 2.5–4 s.
Claude makes one test image first. Mine didn’t match, even after a retry. The fix: screenshot the target channel’s art, attach it and say “This is the style I want.” Then pick an option and all 26 images generate, plus three thumbnail samples, saved to your folder.
Edit in 30 seconds
CapCut → Settings → Edit → Image duration = 2.5 s. Add the voiceover, select all images and drag them in together for a perfect sync. Add quiet music and you’re done.
