I Cloned a Viral Stick Figure Channel Using Claude Fable 5 (step-by-step)

The Primal Glitch earned over $2,400 in its first four weeks with 13 videos. Banana Explains was monetized 11 days after starting. Spanish-language Mente Animada hit 15K subscribers in a month. Stickly reached 29K subscribers from 26 videos. They’re different creators and languages, but share the same style: white background, black lines, round-headed stick figures, no shading. It may be the simplest visual style in YouTube history, and what makes it work is a repeatable system that lets them post almost daily.

Setup

  1. Install Claude Code.
  2. Install the Higgsfield CLI: Higgsfield (50% off) → MCP & CLI → CLI, then paste the three lines into Terminal one at a time.
  3. Link them (the step almost everyone skips): Claude Code → Customize → Connectors → + → Add custom connector, paste the MCP link, name it Higgsfield, allow.
  4. Add ElevenLabs: create an API key, then tell Claude Code “Install ElevenLabs API” and paste it.
  5. New session with Fable 5 selected, and a project folder (FableYT demo).

Run the channel cloner skill

Paste the skill. Claude first checks which tools it needs and which you have connected. Give it the channel URL (I modeled Stickly) and you get the formula: title patterns, thumbnails, hooks, script format, pacing and story arc.

Ask for 10 viral ideas. I picked Why are we so afraid of the dark?

Script and voice

Pick a length, then tweak the tone. Mine was too formal, so I asked for more casual. Say yes to the voiceover and you can play it right inside Claude.

Visuals with checkpoints

Style: the Stickly look, 16:9, 2K. Two smart checkpoints before credits get spent:

  1. One style-anchor image first, so you confirm the look.
  2. A full shot table: every shot, timestamp and image, each 2.5 s on screen. Nothing generates until you approve.

Then all 28 images generate. Watch them appear live in Higgsfield’s image tab, and they also land in the chat and your project folder.

Edit

In CapCut (free): Settings → Edit → Image duration = 2.5 s. Drag in the voiceover, then select all images and drop them in at once, and the video is synced. Add quiet background music, trim and export.
