I Copied This Channel Making $8k/mo with ONLY 11 Videos (FULL COURSE)

In 30 days this channel made over $8,000 and 6M+ views from just 11 videos, with back-to-back uploads at 1.7M, 1.6M, 1.1M and 1M. A second channel in the same niche does even better (3.1M, 2.4M…). These take creators days. Here’s how to do it in under three hours with free tools.

Understand the niche

Mythical creatures and monsters that “really existed.” Titles like “7 mythical creatures that really existed” make a promise: that the Kraken or dragons have a scientific explanation based on real fossils. The thumbnails use myth vs reality, a curiosity gap you have to close.

Name, logo, titles

All prompts are in the doc:

  • Name: the naming prompt in ChatGPT.
  • Logo: the logo prompt, generated with Nano Banana Pro. Gemini locks it behind a paid plan, but Pippit gives a near-identical result free.
  • Titles: a YouTube SEO expert super-prompt that follows the exact viral structure.

Script in “director mode”

The channels mix AI images, motion video and sometimes real movie clips, a hybrid that keeps retention high. My script prompt forces a production blueprint: main video prompts every 1–2 sentences, detailed creature image prompts, and supporting visuals (old maps, footage, documentary references).

Voice

Paste the narration into a clean doc first. In ElevenLabs, Josh fits the mystery niche, or design a unique narrator with my voice-design prompt.

Visuals

Generate every creature image (Pippit or Gemini). Make video clips with Veo 3.1 Fast in Google Flow (text-to-video, 16:9) if you have access, or Grok for free. Generate the supporting visuals too, because running out of B-roll mid-edit is the worst.

Edit to keep the brain stimulated

Pick dark ambient or cinematic suspense music first, so you cut to a rhythm. In CapCut:

  1. Voiceover first, then number your visuals and sync them.
  2. Blurred-grid hook: on a black background, stagger all five creature images, scale them to about 36%, add Blur and a pop-in animation (Copy/Paste attributes), and arrange them in a grid. Viewers stay to see what’s behind the blur.
  3. A photo frame effect on each creature, plus a gold title for its name.
  4. Tag callouts (Text templates → Tags) when features are described (“doglike face,” “long neck,” “flippers”).
  5. Styled auto-captions, transitions, plus Play pendulum (subtle shake) and Noise (vintage documentary grain).
  6. Compound clip → scale it down over a dark moving background loop, then music low, fade in and out.

Thumbnail in seconds

Paste your title into my thumbnail super prompt in ChatGPT, then generate in Pippit or Gemini. You get the same myth-vs-reality look.
