How I Create UNLIMITED Stickman Animations with AI For FREE | Full Course
Fron had five videos, 17K subscribers and one upload at 1.7M views in 11 days. Accent, one month old, had six videos, 22K subscribers and a top video past 2.1M. Stick-figure storytelling is blowing up in almost every niche. Most tutorials push a paid tool or skip the part that matters: staying safe from demonetization. This is the full free process, branding to upload.
Step 1: Prime the chatbot
Free Claude, DeepSeek, Gemini or ChatGPT all work (I used Gemini). Paste the prompt system from my free doc, then attach the Stickman Resources PDF (channel screenshots, branding references, transcripts, thumbnails, templates). Wait for βPDF absorbed,β then type go for branding (names, descriptions, logo and banner prompts).
Step 2: Idea and script
Type next for 10 proven ideas (I chose Beating procrastination is easier than you think), pick a length, and ask for a more casual tone if you want.
Step 3: A voice that protects your channel
Free TTS like Clipchamp, Google AI Studio and Voicemaker.in is unlimited but often robotic, which hurts retention and can hurt monetization. I use ElevenLabs (about 10,000 free credits a month):
- Paste the script in chunks, since long pastes can sound glitchy.
- Switch to v3, pick a voice, and click Enhance for emotional direction.
- Compare the two versions and download the best.
Step 4: Your character
Type next for character prompts. This becomes the face of your channel. Free image tools: TopView, Meta AI, Gemini, and my favorite, Pippit (Image Studio β Nano Banana; it also has free video, editing and design tools). Use 16:9, compare results, and lock your character in the chat.
Step 5: Scenes
Type next, then design it. Gemini split my script into six chapters of about 10 seconds. Generate each chapter with your character image across free tools:
- Google Flow (Veo, about 100 free credits/month)
- Google Vids β Animate an image (another way into Veo 3.1)
- Gemini with the Flash model
The winner changed per chapter, so compare and keep the best.
Step 6: Edit in CapCut
In CapCut: trim long silences (keep some pauses for this niche; use Audacity for long audio), add numbered clips in order, and adjust speed so clips fit the narration. Add YouTube Audio Library music, low.
Step 7: Thumbnail and channel
Type next for thumbnail prompts. In Pippit, upload your character as a reference to keep the thumbnail on-brand. Create the channel with Geminiβs name, use the character as the logo, paste the description, and upload. Then keep going, because consistency is what leads to growth and monetization.
