I Copied This Dark Pshychology Channel Using Free AI Tools (Full Guide)
This psychology channel gained 129,000+ subscribers in five months and was earning up to an estimated $52,000 a month. 20+ videos crossed 100K views in two months. It isn’t luck. It’s a repeatable process that blends storytelling, emotion and AI.
Step 1: Find what made the channel take off
Study the oldest, newest and most popular videos. Early uploads barely moved, then one video exploded, and it was about women. The creator noticed the spike and doubled down, and every similar upload performed.
Don’t copy that direction blindly. Find what your audience connects with (relationships, men, power dynamics, growth), but start with proven topics and experiment once you have traction.
Paste the channel info into ChatGPT with “Analyze this channel” for views, niche, strategy and topic patterns. Then use my topic prompt (in the doc) for well-researched ideas with briefs.
Step 2: Scripts that feel human
In this niche, people feel your videos. They see themselves in the words, so robotic scripts never work.
- Feed ChatGPT the transcripts of 2–3 popular videos and ask it to analyze tone, pacing, flow, structure, intro and outro.
- Paste your title (e.g. Why women love drama and how they use it to feel connected) into my script prompt.
- Generate chapter by chapter, because one-shot scripts come out short and repetitive.
- Add your own research and examples.
Step 3: Match the visual style
Screenshot a few frames from the reference channel and ask ChatGPT to “analyze the theme of these images.” In Pippit → Image Studio → AI design, paste each image prompt, upload a screenshot as the image reference, use 16:9, and generate. Upscale if needed.
Step 4: Animate for free
Kling, Hailuo or Leonardo give top results if you have budget. Free: Grok → Imagine, upload an image, and it animates in seconds with unlimited generations.
Step 5: A voice that isn’t robotic
Use ElevenLabs or DupDub. To stand out, design your own voice with my voice-design prompt.
Step 6: Edit
In CapCut (or Pippit’s free editor):
- Voiceover first, then arrange clips and adjust speed so they sync.
- Effects → Retro → Noise 2 on the whole video.
- Simple black fade or mix transitions, not flashy ones.
- Auto captions with a template, then music and SFX, low, and export.
