How I Built a VIRAL Finance Stickman Channel With AI | 100% FREE
Finance is one of the best-paying topics on YouTube. Advertisers pay a lot to reach people who care about money, so every view is worth more (a high RPM, the money a channel makes per 1,000 views). The channel I break down in this video has fewer than 30,000 subscribers, yet vidIQ estimates it could be making $8,000+ a month.
New channels like it appear every day, and they all use the same simple format: a couple of short clips, still images, and a voice talking over them. The real challenge isn’t making one video. It’s making the 10th and the 50th without losing your whole week. So this is a system: set it up once, then every new video is a new topic and a few clicks.
Step 1: Grab the free Master System files
In my free community (link above) go to Classroom → YouTube Breakdowns → Viral finance stickman channel → Master system. The Google Drive folder has two files:
- Channel analyzer, used with Claude Code
- Faceless video builder, used with Flova
Step 2: Why Flova
Most AI tools do one thing, so you end up paying for five subscriptions and copying between them all day. Flova AI is an AI agent (like Claude or ChatGPT) with the best image, video and voice models built in. It writes, creates the images, makes the voiceover and edits the video, all in one place. Sign up through my link for 100 free credits (up to 300 as you explore).
Step 3: Build your skill (one-time setup)
A skill is a recipe: you write the instructions once and Flova follows them for every video.
- Click New skill and name it (I used stick animation).
- Paste the description from the Faceless video builder file.
- Paste the whole file into the skill content and save.
Then on the homepage, click +, attach the skill, type run this skill and send.
Step 4: Let Claude Code reverse-engineer the channel
Flova asks for a channel research report. Instead of copying scripts by hand for hours, attach the Channel analyzer file in Claude Code and give it the channel you’re modeling. I used POV Finance. A few minutes later you get a full report: title patterns, thumbnails, hooks, script structure and pacing.
What it found, which you can confirm by watching their top videos:
- Hook: every video opens with a clock time, a mundane place and a worn object (“It’s 6:58 on a Wednesday morning and you’re standing in the kitchen holding your grandfather’s wallet”).
- Pacing: the image changes roughly every 2–3 seconds, so your eyes never get bored.
- Titles: always “POV”, written in the second person, past tense.
Download the report as a PDF and attach it in Flova.
Step 5: Ideas and script
- Length: go for 10+ minutes on real uploads, because longer videos mean more ad room. (I used 1 minute for the demo.)
- Flova gives you 10 fresh ideas. None are copied; they reuse the winning title formula with new topics. I chose POV: You kept the old phone. Nobody saw what you built.
- The script follows the same hook, pacing and rhythm. Mine came out a bit textbook-like, so I asked: “Make it a bit more casual and fun so everyone can relate to it.” Then type
approve.
Step 6: Voiceover
Flova has MiniMax and ElevenLabs built in. Type approve, ask it to use ElevenLabs, and the voiceover is ready in seconds. Anything can be regenerated later from the prompt box or the regenerate button.
Step 7: Lock the style before spending credits
Flova first makes one style image for you to check. If you don’t like it, you fix it before generating 20–30 images. Approve it, then set the image cadence to 2.5 seconds, the same as the competitor. For one minute that’s 21 images.
You get a storyboard (which image goes with which line). Approve it and all the images generate at once. You can watch each shot being created live, and regenerate any single one with a quick note.
Step 8: Let Flova edit it
Choose still images (cheaper, and what most finance channels use) or moving clips. Flova assembles the video with gentle zooms, pans and short crossfades, synced to the voiceover. Open the project to get a full timeline for small fixes, with no other editing app needed. You can still polish it in CapCut if you like.
Your next video in minutes
Start a new chat, attach the same skill and the same channel report, give it a new topic (I used You kept your first car. Your priorities changed.), a duration and the 2.5 s cadence, then approve each step. That’s how these channels upload so often without burning out.
