How to Create Viral AI Influencer Videos for Free (Full Tutorial)

One AI influencer video in this niche passed 36 million views and gained its account more than 200,000 followers in about two days, and nobody in the comments noticed it was AI. That wasn’t luck: almost every video those accounts post gets millions of views, and many other accounts now do the same thing.

The formula

When you look closely at these accounts, they all do two things:

  1. They never start from zero. They take an idea that’s already working for someone else, often a real creator, and remake it with an AI character.
  2. Their character is impossible to ignore. A normal-looking influencer disappears in the feed. A strange, shocking one gets watched, shared and remembered.

So the recipe is simply a proven idea + a character people can’t scroll past. Then you turn that one character into a format you can repeat, posting 5–10 videos a day.

Step 1: Build your character

Open Higgsfield (50% off), sign up with your email, and click AI Influencer. The tool has two parts: the influencer builder (create the character) and motion (turn it into videos).

In the builder you control facial features, hair, skin color, outfit, height, body size, eye shape, even how weird the character looks. You can also upload your own face and build on top of it. You get five free generations per day, enough to test everything.

Go to Explore → Community trends. These are trends going viral on Instagram and TikTok right now. Click Recreate on one you like: the original video, inputs, presets and exact prompt load automatically. Swap in your influencer image, choose quality, and generate.

Free tip: at 720p or lower, you get three free generations. For a serious attempt at going viral, use 1080p, because realism sells the illusion.

Remove the original music to avoid copyright problems.

Step 3: Recreate any video, even if it’s not in the list

  1. Upload the viral video you want to copy.
  2. Upload your influencer image as the reference.
  3. Write a short prompt using the tags, for example: “Replace the guy from this video [video tag] with this one [image tag]. Change the color of the car to blue.”
  4. Choose 1080p and generate.

Two sentences and two tags are enough. The motion is captured almost perfectly, without the distortions older models had.

Finishing touches

Add a voiceover with ElevenLabs if your format needs one, and polish captions and timing in CapCut. Need extra images or avatars? Pippit works well too.
